As our Director of Recruiting, you’ll play a key role in revolutionizing our Talent Acquisition landscape. You’ll be instrumental in building and leading our recruitment function from the ground up, leveraging advanced tools and technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) to elevate our talent strategies. What You’ll Do
Lead the Charge: You’ll create and execute a strategic recruitment vision, establishing a talent acquisition department that aligns with our aggressive growth goals.
Elevate Operations: Oversee recruitment processes and ensure they’re efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll be the architect of a seamless, results-driven recruiting engine.
Partner with Leaders: Work closely with department heads to understand their unique hiring needs, and deliver top-tier talent that drives our growth forward.
Build Networks: Forge strong partnerships with colleges, tech schools, and community organizations to expand our talent pipeline and stay ahead of the curve in finding new talent.
Stay Competitive: Keep a close eye on industry trends and recruitment strategies to ensure we’re staying at the forefront of attracting high-demand talent in healthcare and IT.
The Challenge
This isn’t your average recruiting role. Our needs are in highly competitive areas where demand outweighs supply. You’ll need to be creative, persistent, and ready to lead!
What You Bring
Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience (5+ years) leading high-growth recruitment initiatives, with the ability to craft and execute strategic hiring plans.
Business Acumen & Data Savvy: A deep understanding of market trends, recruitment data, and the operational needs of a growing organization.
Expertise in Tools & Tech: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a passion for leveraging recruitment technology, including AI, to drive better outcomes.
Creativity & Innovation: Mastery at using diverse, out-of-the-box sourcing methods to find talent that others overlook.
Healthcare Experience: Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry, especially high-volume roles. (Highly preferred but not required.)
This position is highly preferred to be Hybrid or in office but not required.
