Summary:
The Dispatcher plays a critical role in daily operations by coordinating and routing mobile technologists to patient locations. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced mobile healthcare environment.
Essential Duties:
• Assess, prioritize, route mobile X- ray and Ultrasound Technologists efficiently across assigned service areas.
• Serve as key point of contact for technologists in the field, providing demographics, updates, and real-time support.
• Monitor, adjust, and optimize daily schedules to accommodate urgent cases and last-minute changes.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with client facility staff, responsible parties, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates within dispatch and scheduling systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving scheduling or logistical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in a Dispatcher role preferred.
• Customer service background required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
