What You'll Own
- Shape the Vision: Design and execute a cutting-edge recruitment strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals.
- Optimize the Machine: Build scalable, efficient recruitment processes that deliver results. You’ll be the mastermind behind a seamless, high-performance recruiting operation.
- Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates who will help propel us forward.
- Build and Expand Networks: Cultivate relationships with colleges, tech schools, and community organizations to fuel our talent pipeline with fresh, diverse perspectives.
- Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to ensure we’re leading the charge in healthcare and IT recruitment.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you’ll be solving some of the most challenging recruitment puzzles in healthcare. What You’ll Bring
- Leadership & Vision: At least 5 years of experience leading recruitment teams, crafting strategies, and driving growth.
- Analytical Edge: A data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging recruitment metrics to inform strategy and achieve goals.
- Tech-Savvy Flair: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a passion for exploring AI-powered recruitment tools to elevate results.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A knack for out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent where others fail.
- Industry Experience: A background in healthcare recruitment, especially in high-volume environments, is a major plus but not required.
